"Fair billing, but cancellation could be clearer"
I ended up getting charged after the trial because I forgot to cancel, so that part was on me. Still, I do think it’s only fair for companies to make trial reminders and cancellation options really obvious instead of making people hunt around. Once I found the settings, canceling wasn’t too difficult, and support got back to me quickly. Overall, not a terrible experience, but clearer reminders would feel a lot more respectful to customers...

"Pretty reliable syncing"
My workouts sync fine pretty much most days. I did have one delay, but it wasn’t anything too annoying.

"Gets the Job Done"
It was simple and stayed on track, which shouldn’t feel like a big accomplishment, but here we are. No unnecessary complications, no confusing detours, just straightforward and easy to follow.

"Really happy with Fitbod for the price"
For the price, fitbod has been great for me. I use it a few times a week, and I love that it takes the guesswork out of planning workouts. It feels super convenient, and the subscription is way cheaper than hiring a trainer, so I’m happy to keep using it.

"Decent workouts, but the instructions let me down"
I like the workouts and the app is helpful for planning basic gym sessions, but I was a bit disappointed with some of the exercise instructions. A few of them were so short that I had to stop and google the moves to make sure I was doing them right. It’s still useful, but I expected a little more guidance

"Fitbod’s strength estimates feel close for…"
Fitbod’s strength estimates feel close for me, tbh. It’s saved me from doing the whole guess-and-check thing with weights, and most workouts start right around what I can actually lift. Makes getting into the workout a lot easier, which I def appreciate

"Apple Watch sync just works"
Apple Watch sync has been effortless for me. It tracks my sets without any fuss, and I don’t have to keep messing with the app during workout. Just does what it’s supposed to do...

"Helpful recovery tracking, but my legs disagree"
I do like the recovery tracking overall. It gives me a decent sense of where I’m at, and most days I find myself thinking, okay, that seems about right. But then there are days when it says I’m good to go, and I’m just standing there like… are we ignoring these tired legs? Because they definitely did not get the memo. So it’s useful, but I still have to trust how my body actually feels too

"Helpful for Training Around an Injury"
I’ve been using Fitbod while dealing with a shoulder injury, and overall it’s been helpful. I like that I can easily swap out exercises when something doesn’t feel right, so I’m not stuck trying to force movements that might make things worse. It’s not perfect, since it still occasionally recommends exercises I probably shouldn’t be doing, but it takes a lot of the guesswork out of staying active. For me, it’s been worth using as long as I still listen to my body.

"Helps me keep going week after week"
This actually helps me stay consistent each week. I’m not always great at sticking with things, but this makes it easier to keep showing up, week after week, and that’s been really, really helpful.

"solid app for staying consistent"
i’ve been using fitbod for a while now, and it’s worked well for me as someone who’s been lifting for years. i like that i can swap out exercises, tweak sets, and still keep an eye on volume and muscle recovery without having to overthink it. it doesn’t feel overly simple or like it’s only built for beginners. sometimes the suggested weights are a little off, but it’s easy enough to adjust them. overall, it saves me time planning workouts and helps me stay consistent.

"Helpful, but not perfect"
I’ve been using Fitbod for a few weeks now, and I’m kind of torn, but mostly in a good way. The workout plans are generally solid, and I like that there’s enough variety to keep things from feeling repetitive. Most of the exercises seem to fit my level too, which is nice because I don’t have to overthink every session. That said, every now and then the plan feels a little odd, like it’ll hit one muscle group too hard or suggest exercises that just aren’t practical when my gym is packed. Overall though, it saves me time and gives me a decent structure, so even though it’s not perfect, I’m still using it.

"Good for planning workouts, but the progressions feel off"
I’ve been using fitbod for a bit and overall it’s useful, especially for planning gym days when I don’t want to think too much. I like that it tries to push your weights up over time, but the progressive overload can feel kind of weird. Sometimes it jumps way too fast, and other times it just doesn’t change much for a while. Not saying it’s a scam, but it definitely makes me question how well it understands my actual progress sometimes. Still a decent app, just feels like it needs a better balance.

"Solid from the start"
My snap judgment after using it for months: it just works. Workouts load without a hassle, and it hasn’t lost any of my stuff, which is all I really needed...

"Customization Was Limited"
Just a heads up for anyone looking to really personalize their gear: the customization options weren’t as good as I expected. It works if you only need something basic, but if you want more control or better choices, you might be disappointed

"I like having the stats because they make…"
I like having the stats because they make it easier to see how things are going at a glance. The only issue is that the syncing feels a little off sometimes, which can be annoying when I’m expecting everything to update smoothly. Overall, I do find it useful, but I’d feel a lot better about it if the syncing was more consistent.

"Fitbod is, easy to get around…"
fitbod is, easy to get around. I like that the workouts are laid out clearly, so I’m not digging through a bunch of menus just to find what I need. Logging sets is quick too, which is nice. It took me, like, a day or two to get used to everything, but now it feels really simple.

"Fitbod Makes Gym Planning Way Easier"
Fitbod has been solid for me. It pays attention to what I did last time and what equipment I’ve got, then adjusts the workouts around that. Nice. If my legs are still sore, it’ll usually switch things up instead of making me suffer through more leg stuff. Relief. It’s not perfect every single day, but it’s definitely way better than me wandering around the gym trying to figure out what to do next.

"Keeps my workouts from feeling stale"
I’m not someone who notices every little feature, but the thing that really stood out to me is how it keeps changing up the exercises. I don’t get bored or feel like I’m doing the same routine over and over, which makes it way easier to stick with
